6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BMSystems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Services β including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption β even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services is limited to KRW 10,000 (approximately USD 7).
